Am from dominican republic , i want to know when wil the escw qualifiers are gonna start,
i wanna be posted to know when and where is gonna be done, and when do i need to arrange traveling if necessary

Well Im the leader of a team from Puerto Rico. We went to wcg korea 2003 because we won the qualifier over here in Puerto Rico. We are currently on the mist's of arranges to go to the qualifier in Martinica. I really dont know about the teams.
